Also by having tea or coffee with or after the meal makes us feel fuller and as a result it prevents us from eating extra. Even though tea and coffee help to manage the weight but drinking excessive can ruin our health so drinking a limited amount daily help to manage both good health and weight.

4.Eat lot of fruits and vegetables: Fresh fruits and vegetable are very healthy for your health and it also help to control our weight too. Fruits and vegetables are low in fat and calories but contain vitamins, minerals and fibres which are very ideal for diet.

Alcohol—Alcohol contains a lot of calories. Even if you are an average alcoholic you consume up to 2000 extra calories in a day.
