Fruit juice – Everyone loves a glass of fruit juice just out of the cartoon as a part of the breakfast. But this glass of fruit juice is giving you nothing but just some empty calories. So instead of going for juice, try to eat one fruit which will give you fibers and some other nutrients too.

Alcohol—Alcohol contains a lot of calories. Even if you are an average alcoholic you consume up to 2000 extra calories in a day. Also, your body cannot burn your fats and calories until and unless alcohol is out of your system. Besides alcohol have many other side effects too.
